As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, driving collaboration across teams, and ensuring the successful execution of business initiatives. Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for various projects and initiatives.
- Perform detailed process analysis to identify areas for improvement, efficiencies, and automation opportunities.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications, ensuring clear communication with development teams and other stakeholders.
- Conduct gap analysis and feasibility studies to help prioritize business initiatives.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including workflows, use cases, and system diagrams.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather input, present findings, and drive consensus on project requirements.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring deliverables align with agreed-upon timelines and business objectives.
- Support testing efforts by creating test cases, validating outcomes, and ensuring successful implementation of solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a professional setting.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, including gap analysis, SWOT analysis, and workflow modeling.
- Strong understanding of system development life cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies (Agile or Waterfall).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and critically.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across all levels of an organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar is a plus.
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI) is a bonus.
