Job Summary

The position is responsible for working designated work queues in support of defined work queue achievement and service level achievement metrics.

Key Accountabilities :

• Prepare and print documents reports and correspondence as needed for internal and external use.
• Maintain organized filing systemsboth physical and digitalto ensure easy retrieval of records.
• Use computer applications to create edit and format business documents and presentations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of clerical and administrative tasks.

This will be a part time role with an average of 16 - 18 hours weekly.
