As a community director, you are an energetic and driven individual with a passion for working with people. This role is responsible for managing all facets of a multi-million-dollar asset. This position will be responsible for creating a positive environment to allow for optimal teamwork, maintain efficient daily operations, lead the service and leasing teams, while also meeting financial goals and increasing asset value. A successful community director is able to manage their time effectively, is detail oriented, a trustworthy team player, and takes pride in their work. In addition, this position needs to be accountable and attentive to provide excellent customer service.
