Are you passionate about designing smart, efficient control systems? DC Engineering is looking for a talented and driven Control Systems Engineer to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and make a real impact through innovative engineering solutions.

What You’ll Do :

Design and develop control systems, working directly with clients to produce high-quality construction documents.
Collaborate with drafters, designers, engineers, and systems integrators to ensure seamless project execution.
Build strong client relationships through clear communication and technical excellence.
Support proposal development for engineering and system integration services.
Create accurate project estimates, budgets, and schedules.
Serve as a technical resource and subject matter expert within the controls department.
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an ABET / EAC-accredited program (preferred).

Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification (preferred).

Minimum of 2 years of experience in control systems engineering or integration.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
