What you can expect
We are seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead platform strategy and execution at Workvivo. This is a senior role focused on shaping the foundations of our extensible platform—APIs, webhooks, integrations, and developer tools—that power scalable, flexible employee experiences. You’ll lead discovery and problem definition across platform capabilities. By defining the architectural vision with engineering, and identify where AI-first thinking can enhance our extensibility, automation, and integration strategies. You’ll work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to create a platform that enables partners and developers to build on Workvivo with confidence. This is a high-impact role with strategic importance to our product evolution, supporting both first-party features and an expanding ecosystem of third‑party integrations.
