Director, Creative Excellence

What you can expect to be doing :

• Act as a trusted strategic advisor with a focus on growing the business through impactful solutions rooted in quantitative and qualitative market research techniques
• Lead and consult with account teams on strategic approaches to research design, insights development, data visualization, and storytelling that brings data to life
• Act as a service line mentor and champion to foster team collaboration, development, and expertise through purpose-driven leadership
• Identify operational efficiencies and empower the team to implement on a consistent basis
• Provide coaching and guidance to more junior team members, may act as manager to one or more account managers
• Manage and guide the team through complex situations
• Contribute to team growth through new business development and expanded partnerships
• Participate in initiatives that support our service line (i.e., growth / new product / employee training & engagement)

This might be the job for you if you have :

5+ years of experience in market research, advertising, marketing, or consumer insights

In accordance with NY / CO / CA / WA law, the estimated base salary for this role is $105,000-$115,000. Your final base salary will be determined based on several non-discriminatory factors which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and / or certifications.
