Direct and support pharmacists, technicians, and support staff to maintain efficient workflow. Manage all aspects of non-sterile and hazardous compounding, including technology, documentation, engineering controls, and facility standards. Maintain full compliance with USP Develop and enforce quality assurance programs, environmental monitoring, and equipment maintenance schedules. Drive innovation in compounding processes, new product formulation, and operational improvements. Participate in audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews to uphold licensure and compliance. Lead training, development, and performance management for pharmacy team members. Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) from an accredited program. Active Alabama pharmacist license in good standing and willingness to obtained additional licenses as needed. Demonstrated experience in non-sterile and hazardous compounding. Strong understanding of USP Experience managing operations in a high-volume compounding environment (5,000+ prescriptions / month preferred). Proven leadership ability and strong organizational skills. Commitment to accuracy, quality, and continuous improvement.

Position Highlights
- Salary : $180,000 annually
- Location : Mobile, AL (onsite role)
- Environment : High-volume 503A non-sterile & hazardous compounding pharmacy
