Job Responsibilities (Summary ) :

• Assist with personal care : bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, feeding, hygiene, and mobility
• Perform light housekeeping, meal prep, and medication reminders
• Support client safety, comfort, and independence
• Take vital signs, track intake / output, and assist with mobility or range of motion
• Respect client rights, privacy, and dignity at all times
• Provide transportation and accompany clients to appointments or errands
