Job Description

• Craft Tailored Treatment Approaches : Assess individual patient needs and create customized therapy plans that help them achieve their rehabilitation goals.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques : Apply evidence-based methodologies to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive abilities, and everyday functional activities.
• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams : Work in tandem with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide integrated, holistic care.
• Educate Patients and Caregivers : Provide clear instruction to patients and their families on effective therapy techniques to facilitate ongoing recovery.
• Document Patient Progress : Monitor clinical outcomes and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal patient recovery.
