We are actively searching for a Part-Time Server

Position Summary

The Server is responsible for providing elevated anticipatory service in a fine-dining environment. This role ensures an exceptional guest journeyfrom greeting and menu guidance to precise order execution course pacing and paymentwhile upholding brand standards and luxury service etiquette.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver gracious professional and intuitive service consistent with luxury standards
• Greet seat (as needed) and engage guests with genuine hospitality and product expertise
• Present menus describe daily features tasting menus and chef-driven specials with confidence
• Provide informed recommendations on wine cocktails and pairings; upsell thoughtfully
• Input and manage orders accurately; coordinate timing with kitchen and bar to pace courses
• Perform tableside service where applicable
• Maintain detailed knowledge of menu ingredients sourcing dietary restrictions and allergens; communicate guest needs clearly to culinary team
• Monitor guest satisfaction proactively; resolve concerns or escalate appropriately
• Execute opening shift and closing duties including side work station setup polishing and cleaning
• Ensure accuracy of checks handle payments and follow cash / charge procedures
• Maintain immaculate table settings service stations and floor presentation
• Adhere to health safety and sanitation standards (local codes HACCP ServSafe)
• Support private dining in-room dining liaison and special events as needed
• Uphold hotel and brand grooming uniform and professional conduct standards
