Associate Attorney - Insurance Coverage

Candidate Profile

• JD  from an  ABA-accredited law school  with an  excellent academic record
• Law Review  and / or  Honors required
• Active Bar Admission  in  Florida , in good standing
• 2-5 years  of substantive  litigation  experience, with a focus on  insurance coverage  matters
• Experience analyzing  complex insurance policies
• Ability to provide clear  coverage recommendations
• Demonstrated experience drafting  litigation-related documents
• Experience participating in  litigation proceedings , including  depositions  and  mediations , among others
• Familiarity with some or all of the following :   bad faith  insurance claims,  commercial  general liability ,  commercial property ,  errors & omissions , and  directors & officers
• Exceptional legal research and writing skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
