Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced VMware Horizon System Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize our virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the availability, security, and performance of VMware Horizon systems while providing high-quality technical support to end users and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain VMware Horizon View infrastructure, including Connection Servers, Security Servers, and Unified Access Gateways.
Administer and maintain Windows Server OS, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy for VDI-related configurations.
Implement and maintain security best practices, including MFA, access controls, and encryption.
Provide Tier 2 / 3 technical support for VDI-related issues.
Maintain accurate system documentation, network diagrams, and configuration records.
