• Location : 50 miles from Denver, Colorado
• Duration : December 30, 2019 on-going (90+ days may consider extension or permanent conversion)
• Shifts : Monday-Friday, 8a-5p (full-time or part-time)
• Patients : 8-10 patients per day, 60-90 minute visits, all geriatric
• Scope : 100% outpatient geriatric
• Assistance with credentialing provided (estimated 15-30 day timeline)
• Compensation : Negotiable, Hourly
• PACE Program
• Required : Board Certified or Board eligible, Active California license
