About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Marketing to spearhead global brand strategy and integrated marketing execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading growth, loyalty, performance, and brand marketing efforts to ensure the brand remains culturally relevant and experiences rapid business expansion. This role involves overseeing the execution of a refreshed brand identity, managing a creative content / studio team, and leading regional marketing activations with a strong focus on developing and implementing performance, growth, and loyalty marketing strategies. The Head of Marketing will also be the key figure in brand storytelling, campaign execution, and market activation, and must be adept at managing regional leadership, integrated marketing, licensing, social and influencer marketing, operations, and creative teams. Applicants for the Head of Marketing position at the company should have a BA degree in a relevant field and at least 12 years of experience in brand and marketing leadership, preferably with global consumer lifestyle brands. The role requires a proven track record in building culturally relevant brands and delivering business results through integrated marketing, as well as strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of digital marketing and consumer acquisition strategies. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, and be capable of balancing global marketing frameworks with local adaptation. Responsibilities also include overseeing the development of global integrated marketing campaigns, aligning brand campaigns with consumer acquisition and retention strategies, and managing marketing operations to ensure budget discipline and process optimization. The Head of Marketing will be a key member of the leadership team, contributing to company-wide strategy, growth, and culture, and will be expected to build and mentor a diverse, high-performing marketing team.
