Job Responsibilities :

Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.

Support patient assessments and monitoring of vital signs under the supervision of a registered nurse.

Assist in the implementation of patient care plans.

Deliver compassionate support and companionship to patients.

Qualifications :

Required : Current CNA certification

Required : Current CPR certification

Preferred : A minimum of one year of experience in home health, assisted living, or similar settings.

A heartfelt desire to help others with a positive and respectful attitude.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
