Rental Planning & Analysis Manager

Custom Truck One Source's Rental Planning & Analysis Manager will oversee executive-level management reporting and financial reporting for the organization. The primary focus of the position is to support both the Rental function and leadership of segment(s) of the organization to help drive profitable growth throughout Custom Truck One Source ("CTOS"). The role will provide thought leadership and insights to key stakeholders through his or her reporting development. The role will also develop complex financial modeling and interface with department leaders across the business to deliver insightful and action-oriented financial analysis.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Support the Rental function on month-end, quarter-end, and annual reporting
• Play a pivotal role between Rental teams and segment leadership
• Support the strategic business planning process, providing essential analysis on KPIs
• Research, analyze, reconcile, and validate a variety of data sets and information to inform business decisions
• Design and implement rental models to aid key business decision making
