Position Overview :

  • We are looking for compassionate Direct Care Support Professionals to join our team.
  • In this role, you will provide hands-on care, ensuring that the needs of clients are met while maintaining their safety in both home and community settings.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist clients with daily living activities.  - Assist clients with being involved in community activities and events. - Collaborate with clients and their families to understand specific needs and preferences. - Maintain communication with supervisors and team members regarding client care. - Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.

    • Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required). - Minimum of 1 year of caregiving experience (preferred). - Valid North Carolina driver’s license and reliable transportation (required). - Ability to pass a background check.

    • Work Schedule :

  • Available positions : Day Shift (8-4), Evening Shift (4-12), Night Shift (12-8), Contract -Must be available to work every other weekend -Holidays may be required depending on client needs Compensation -$18 Per Hour, $250 sign on bonus Covenant Case Management Services is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
