Strong communication skills for interaction with employees and contractors. Proven ability to meet SLAs for ticket resolution. Experience in a global, collaborative environment.

Compensation
Pay Range : $23.12-$34.00 per HR
Description
- Provide onsite support for laptops and desktops.
- Utilize system administration skills to manage devices.
- Handle customer interactions effectively.
- Focus on reducing defects and improving service quality.
- Work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Manage and refresh aged laptops.
- Meet service level agreements (SLAs) for ticket resolution.
