Job Title : Manufacturing Operations Analyst 4

Location : Portland, OR

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex group sessions using Lean principles to implement Production Systems
  • Conduct process assessments and identify improvement opportunities and risks
  • Analyze operational data and provide actionable feedback
  • Develop strategies, plans, and metrics aligned with business goals
  • Perform heavy administrative and analytical tasks focused on staffing and compliance

Required Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data modeling)
  • Strong data analytics capabilities for staffing and compliance tracking
  • Experience handling confidential staffing information with discretion
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with PPE requirements
  • Skilled in note-taking and uploading structured data into databases
  • Adaptable to fast-paced, dynamic work settings

    • Desired Skills

  • Familiarity with manufacturing operations and compliance frameworks
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Comfortable communicating across various levels of the organization
  • Experience in environments requiring strict confidentiality
  • Lean methodology expertise is a plus

    • Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of related experience
  • OR Master’s degree with 8+ years of related experience
  • OR equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience
