Registered Nurse - IMC Telemetry - PRN

You will perform both routine and complex patient care, develop long-range goals, and effectively manage various clinical situations.

Responsibilities :

• Fulfill OneCHRISTUS Competencies : Leader of Self, Leader of Others, or Leader of Leaders.
• Provide nursing care following the ANA Scope and Standards of Practice, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Address psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families based on your level of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments per protocol and monitor for effectiveness and side effects.
• Document comprehensive patient history, symptoms, medications, and care provided.
• Assess educational needs of patients and families, identifying issues and available resources.

Qualifications :

All newly hired experienced RNs must attend New Nurses Orientation within the first 30 days and complete all annual competency verification requirements.
