Your Role :

As a Field Representative, your primary goal will be to drive referrals from healthcare providers and mental health facilities. You'll play a crucial role in educating referrers about our services, building relationships, and overcoming objections to drive new patient admissions. This position requires strong sales skills, relationship management, and a passion for making a difference in the mental health field. Responsibilities include :

• Drive referrals from healthcare providers and mental health facilities
• Connect daily with referral sources and conduct face-to-face meetings
• Prospect potential partnerships with organizations to expand our reach
• Develop and maintain excellent record-keeping of referral sources and outreach efforts
• Support and train team members to achieve goals
