Prior warehouse experience required Demonstrated proficiency with a computer and with MS software required Experience with JDE software and processes required Knowledge of all standard warehouse practices using RF Scanners and processes required Basic writing and math skills required Supervisory skills and / or prior leadership skills helpful but not required High school education or equivalent required Some college education preferred but not required Frequently lift and / or move up to 35 pounds, occasionally lift and / or move up to 75 pounds. Able to be trained and certified to operate PIT equipment : pallet jacks, fork trucks, reach trucks and turret stock picker (TSP). This Position :
This position is responsible to act as the group leader for responsible area(s) of one or more of the following key warehouse functional teams : Order / Conveyor Processing Team, Outbound Dock Team, and / or Manufacturing Support Team.
Key Responsibilities :
- To provide support, guidance, and leadership within the Order Processing Team to maintain consistent level of internal support and assure accurate, safe and efficient fulfillment of all sales order requests.
To provide support, guidance, and leadership within the Outbound Dock Team to maintain consistent level of internal support to assure accurate, safe and efficient shipment of all outbound shipments to Wholesale and Retail customers.
To provide support, guidance, and leadership within the Manufacturing Support Team to maintain consistent level of internal support to assure accurate, safe and efficient fulfillment of all manufacturing requests.
To assure that all policies and procedures are upheld to assure an accurate, safe and efficient operation within the warehouse environment.
