Location : Primary Remote Telehealth (Must be California Licensed or Eligible). Hybrid option available for therapists near the Ventura CA clinic who wish to provide limited in-person care. Schedule : Part-Time with the opportunity to transition to Full-Time based on caseload growth and therapist performance. Setting : Primarily Remote Telehealth with a Hybrid option.

Remote OT Salary Compensation & Benefits

We provide competitive W2 employment with a therapist-centered pay structure designed for fairness and transparency.

W2 Employment with hourly compensation.

Separate Pay Rates for direct treatment vs. documentation / admin time.

Productivity-Based Bonuses.

Weekly Direct Deposit.

Part-Time Salary Range : $55000$75000 / year (DOE - Depending On Experience) (Depending on hours worked)

Relocation Bonus Available (for therapists moving to / within California).

Remote / Hybrid Pediatric OT Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Pediatric Occupational Therapist with CTN you will :

Deliver engaging play-based 1 : 1 pediatric occupational therapy via our secure telehealth platform (or in-clinic / hybrid option).

Conduct evaluations re-evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.

Collaborate effectively with caregivers PTs SLPs and assistants across the multidisciplinary team.

Provide education resources and home strategies to promote carryover in the childs natural environment.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in a user-friendly EMR system.

Bring creativity and fun to every remote therapy session!

Qualifications & Requirements

Occupational Therapy degree (Masters or Doctorate) and active (or eligible) California OT license.

Minimum 2 years of pediatric experience preferred but new graduates are highly encouraged to apply and will receive mentorship.

Experience or strong interest in pediatric sensory integration and telehealth is a significant plus.

Excellent organizational written and verbal communication skills.

A true passion for working with children and their families.

Bilingual (Spanish-English) is a bonus but not required.
