Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, providing policy information, processing changes, assisting with claims, resolving issues, and documenting interactions. The role may also involve educating clients on options, identifying sales opportunities, and collaborating with other departments.
Requirements
Previous customer service experience is strongly preferred.
An active insurance license is preferred. If not currently licensed, candidates must obtain licensure within the first 90 days of employment.
