A growing food manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead and support 3

shift maintenance operations, ensuring all equipment and facilities are operating at peak efficiency. This leadership role requires strong technical expertise, the ability to troubleshoot and prioritize tasks, and excellent communication skills to effectively manage a team and drive continuous improvement. Previous experience in food, beverage, or pharmaceutical manufacturing preferred.

Key responsibilities for this 3

Shift Maintenance Supervisor :

• Oversee and execute the preventive maintenance program.
• Maintain and repair production equipment and facility systems.
• Manage maintenance inventory and ensure availability of critical parts and supplies.
• Provide technical guidance and hands-on support for :
• PLCs, pumps, valves, welding, and conveyor systems
• Boiler operations and maintenance
• Ammonia refrigeration systems and electrical troubleshooting
• Support Lean initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
