Community Service Representative

We are actively searching for a Community Service / Customer Support Representative to join our innovative and expanding family as we partner with charities in the local area.

We are looking to raise the bar in consumer engagement and connecting people with the right fundraising campaigns and services to benefit the community at large.

Our goal is simple.

To develop relationship-based customer service opportunities that not only convey the message, but make sure it was received and to increase the bottom line for our National Charity partner.

This serves our charity in both the short and long-term, as any exposure is good exposure!

As the  Community Service  and Support Representative, you will receive extensive training, in person and virtual support, and one-on-one mentorship, to become fully equipped as an expert in the charity and the brand of our organization.

You will provide exceptional customer service and support to prospective consumers by utilizing your high emotional intelligence, problem-solving skills, and charismatic and empathetic personality.

You will become exceptionally well-versed in this program leading to potential advancement opportunities.

Community Service  Representative Responsibilities :

• Create exceptional customer / donation experience by actively listening, addressing the customer's wants and needs Provide detailed information regarding the charity and how the funds will be allocated that they are donating Handle community complaints and problems with the utmost level of professionalism and respectfulness, and escalate if needed Follow all company and client privacy policies while handling customer's information Regularly attend and actively participate in training sessions, networking events, and conferences The Value You Deliver Demonstrate empathy and passion for helping people and ensure an excellent customer experience Answer questions and provide resources to deepen understanding and build confidence We’re excited to meet with people that are : Ambitious and Self-Motivated Excited about Learning and Expanding Comfort Zones Able to work well with a Team or Independently Wanting to Grow Personally and Professionally Comfortable Speaking with Customers Able to Manage their Time Effectively Powered by JazzHR
