Position Summary

Our weightroom coordinators at Bryan Middle / High School overseethe organization safety and efficiency of the schools strength and conditioning program. This role includes supervising student-atheltes in the weightroom coordinating training schedules and supporting coaches and student-athletes in developing proper lifting techniques and performance habits.

Primary Responsibilities

Develop implement and oversee strength and conditioning programs for all athletic teams.

Supervise scheduled times in the weightroom.

Instruct and monitor proper lifting techniques to ensure athlete safety and performance.

Collaborate with coaches to align training with sport-specific goals and seasonal needs.

Enforce school and safety policies within the weight room.

Provide mentorship and education on proper nutrition recovery and overall wellness.

Support the athletic departments mission to promote lifelong fitness and athletic development.
