FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE- This is a PART TIME position that will transition into full time. Hours are Mon-Fri 8am-12pm OR 1pm-5pm.
The Financial Adviser Role is designed to enhance the efficiency and productivity of financial advisors, serving as a foundational support in the management and organization of client information, scheduling, and communication. This position acts as a conduit for smooth operations within financial advisory services, ensuring that client needs are met with promptness and accuracy. By handling administrative tasks, coordinating meetings, and preparing necessary documentation, the assistant allows financial advisors to focus more on client investment strategies and financial planning. This symbiotic relationship not only streamlines the workflow but also contributes to a higher level of client service and satisfaction.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to)-
Maintain records of Advisor’s current licenses. Process new and renewal licensing requests.

Must be able to pass a drug and background screening and be fingerprinted Must have professional appearance and tone Strategic thinking is a must Excellent time management skills Problem solver Establish priorities and work to achieve team goals Social media experience Effectively use technology : information systems & databases, Internet-based research, email correspondence, online advisor tools, etc. Fully versed in Microsoft Office 365 Suite & Adobe Commitment to and focused on customer service Excellent written presentation, verbal and interpersonal skills Organization, time management and planning skills a must Independent and unsupervised work abilities Great customer service skills, written and over the phone Sales force experience is a plus High school diploma is REQUIRED Life and health insurance license is not required but a plus (Will also be able to earn commissions plus hourly pay after probation period)
