Job Summary :

The Integrated Air & Missile Defense Systems (IAMDS) department leads all aspects of Systems Engineering that drive the development of complex systems to support the Raytheon Land and Air Defense Systems (LADS) mission area from our Tewksbury MA and Andover MA locations.

The IAMDS department supports Raytheon by cultivating a world-class group of systems thinkers who work together as a team to architect technical solutions to some of the worlds toughest challenges. Key technical domains include Radar Systems and Sensor Netting Effector Systems Battle Management Command and Control Communications Network Design Battlespace Integration and Interoperability for Domestic and International customers.

This position is an onsite role in Tewksbury MA.

What You Will Do :

In this Systems Engineer I role you will support the following types of activities :

• Concept and requirements development including decomposition and flow-down
• Concept of Operations (CONOPS) development and design
• Algorithm optimization research and development; trade studies to bring new advanced features to fielded system
• Functional analysis of real world and test data
• Multi-disciplinary development efforts across the kill-chain for an Air and Missile Defense System
• Collaboration with customer to bring new capabilities to the warfighter

The salary range for this role is 55000 USD - 107000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education / training and key skills.
