Our client a prominent law firm recognized in the 2024 edition of Best Law Firms is seeking a highly-motivated Associate Attorney to join their Labor & Employment team in Los Angeles . This role provides an exciting opportunity to handle a range of sophisticated litigation matters working on cutting-edge legal issues for interesting clients across multiple industries.
Candidate Profile
- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record
- Active Bar Admission in California
- 2 years of substantive experience in civil litigation in CA including discovery and motion practice
- Trial and trial preparation experience is ideal
- Excellent legal research writing and advocacy skills
- Desire to be part of a busy national practice demonstrating initiative and the ability to assume responsibility for matters while collaborating with a team
- Exposure to FEHA agency complaints wage & hour and related employment law matters is advantageous
