  • Unbeatable Compensation : Enjoy highly competitive commission splits tilted in the agent's favor. We believe in rewarding your hard work and expertise.

    • Unlimited earning potential with no cap on commission.

  • Your first SOI transaction is a 50 / 50 split.
  • For the next seven deals you complete, the split will be 70 / 30.
  • After completing your first SOI transaction plus an additional seven deals, your split will be 90 / 10 for life. This split does not reset annually.
  • All deals that use Inventory are 50 / 50 spilt.
  • For leads Atlas provides, you will receive a 50 / 50 commission split after any shared expenses.

  • Colorado Real Estate License (or actively working towards one)
