HARD START- 12 / 15 8 WEEK CONTRACT WITH OPTION TO EXTEND ICU / CCU NIGHTS 3 YEAR EXP! every other weekend required! possible float to DOU, Tele or Med Tele Required Certifications : ACLS BLS CPI MAB or VIP NIHSS Skills Required : FloTrac / Vigileo monitoring Interpretation of dysrhythmias Management of dysrhythmias Multi-system organ failure Obtain 12 lead EKG IV insulin protocols Chronic / Acute Renal failure Accessing Ports Arterial line management Blood Product Administration Central line care / management PICC line management Starting IVs Continuous IV paralytics / Neuromuscular blockade Continuous IV sedation Emergency Medications Procedural Sedation Administration Titrate Cardiac drips Titrate Vasoactive drips CVA / Acute Stroke management Hypothermia protocol / Arctic Sun Assist with management of BiPAP Assist with management of CPAP High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC) Interpretation of ABGs Suctioning (ETT, NT) Ventilator Management Infection Prevention Isolation Precautions / Use of PPE Phlebotomy Surgical Wounds with drains / Wound Vac Assist with Chest Tube Insertion / Removal Care of Ventilated Patient RTO must be on the submittal No RTO the first two weeks of an assignment. NO MORE THAN 3 DAYS RTO MAX. MUST BE WILLING TO WORK HOLIDAYS Please Note : Once RTO is submitted, this cannot be changed unless it s to cancel time requested - ensure that you have confirmed all dates needed off for the full 13 week contract
