Job Description

The Data Scientist will play a pivotal role in leveraging data to drive strategic decision-making and enhance organizational performance. This position requires a strong analytical mindset and a thorough understanding of statistical methods, machine learning algorithms, and data visualization techniques. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to extract insights from complex datasets, develop predictive models, and support data-driven initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and implement advanced analytical models to solve business problems and optimize processes.
Analyze large datasets using statistical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and ensure the availability of high-quality data for analysis.
Create and maintain dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate findings to non-technical audiences.
Conduct experiments and A / B testing to validate hypotheses and measure the impact of changes.
Document methodologies and processes to ensure reproducibility and knowledge sharing within the team.
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

Proven experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning techniques.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with data manipulation libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).

Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and database management systems (e.g., SQL).

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with complex datasets.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to a diverse audience.

A commitment to inclusivity and collaboration within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience in the Information Technology and Services industry.

Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).

Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile methodologies.
