The Data Scientist will play a pivotal role in leveraging data to drive strategic decision-making and enhance organizational performance. This position requires a strong analytical mindset and a thorough understanding of statistical methods, machine learning algorithms, and data visualization techniques. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to extract insights from complex datasets, develop predictive models, and support data-driven initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement advanced analytical models to solve business problems and optimize processes.
  • Analyze large datasets using statistical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and ensure the availability of high-quality data for analysis.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate findings to non-technical audiences.
  • Conduct experiments and A / B testing to validate hypotheses and measure the impact of changes.
  • Document methodologies and processes to ensure reproducibility and knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning techniques.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with data manipulation libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and database management systems (e.g., SQL).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with complex datasets.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to a diverse audience.
  • A commitment to inclusivity and collaboration within a team environment.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience in the Information Technology and Services industry.
  • Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile methodologies.
