Work Now Staffing is looking to hire Machine Operators for our Clearwater, FL client.

Pay : $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Shift : 1st Shift - 7 : 00am - 3 : 30pm, Monday - Friday

Job Details :

Set up and operate printing machines (offset, digital, screen, CNC)

Load plates, adjust ink / paper feed, and prep machines for each job

Monitor print runs and make necessary adjustments

Inspect printed materials for quality and accuracy

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues (e.g., jams, smudges)

Collaborate with design and finishing teams to meet deadlines

Maintain job records (materials used, output, issues)

Follow safety procedures and stay updated on printing technologies

Skills Required :

Strong technical knowledge of printing equipment and processes

Ability to read and interpret job specs and layouts

Maintenance and troubleshooting skills

High attention to detail and quality

Good organization, time management, and communication skills

Familiarity with inks, paper types, and printing techniques

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience as a Machine Operator or similar role

Vocational training in printing (preferred)

Basic computer and printing software knowledge (e.g., Adobe Suite, RIP)

Physically able to lift, stand long hours, and operate machines

Work Environment :

• Fast paced digital manufacturing environment
• Indoor warehouse setting with exposure to forklifts and production materials
