job_description.job_card.job_descriptionPerform scheduled maintenance on fab lithography tools according to specifications. Document maintenance activities and report equipment status. Provide support to diagnose and repair issues as needed. goal is to become self-sustaining. Complete post-PM recovery, test fire, and qualification. Required Min 1 year on any semiconductor toolset. Proficiency in interpreting technical schematics, diagrams, and equipment manuals. Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience in disassembly and assembly of semiconductor tools. Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment, including etching, deposition, and lithography systems. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams. May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, ability to bend, twist, push / pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50 pounds.
