About the Position

A well-established, multi-doctor private dental practice located in Gambrills, MD, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced dentist to join their team on a part-time basis . This modern, patient-centered office is known for its long-standing reputation in the community, commitment to comprehensive care, and strong collaborative environment among its providers.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years of clinical experience and a demonstrated focus in endodontics, oral surgery, and implant placement . The existing doctors primarily manage general restorative and preventive dentistry and are looking for a specialist-minded associate to handle their in-house referrals for root canals, extractions, and implant cases .

Part-time : Every other Wednesday, 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM

Compensation & Benefits

Guaranteed daily rate : $900 / day for the first 5 months

Transition to commission : % of net collections (commensurate with experience)
