JOB TITLE : Business Consultant JOB LOCATION : Springfield, MA (hybrid) WAGE RANGE

• : $50 - 57 / hr. - must be w2 JOB NUMBER 36567850 JOB DESCRIPTION : Under general supervision, elicit, analyze, validate and document detailed business, organizational, operational, and / or system requirements. Responsible for understanding the needs of business partners and stakeholders to ensure that solutions to business and / or system problems and opportunities are aligned to the needs of the organization. Devise or modify procedures to solve moderately complex problems, which include analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translating into proper business and / or system requirements. Communicates, verifies and gains approval of the requirements from stakeholders. Provides input to various other project documents such as project plans, estimates, readiness, or, defect management. • While an hourly range is posted for this position, an eventual hourly rate is determined by a comprehensive salary analysis which considers multiple factors including but not limited to : job-related knowledge, skills and qualifications, education and experience as compared to others in the organization doing substantially similar work, if applicable, and market and business considerations.
