Job Description

Join a mission-critical project supporting enterprise infrastructure upgrades across one of the largest county systems in the country. This role focuses on maintaining and enhancing critical systems, including Active Directory, Exchange, virtualization environments, and cloud platforms. You’ll work cross-functionally to ensure infrastructure reliability, security, and compliance, especially as it relates to disaster recovery and the Active Directory Tiering model.

Responsibilities :

  • Administer and support enterprise platforms such as Active Directory, Exchange, VMware, and cloud services (Azure, AWS, M365)
  • Implement and manage security measures, including access controls and patching, in line with county compliance frameworks
  • Perform upgrades, test disaster recovery procedures, and enhance monitoring and alerting systems
  • Maintain infrastructure documentation and lead knowledge transfer sessions for internal teams
  • Collaborate with IT departments and stakeholders to execute system upgrades and technology deployments

    • Qualifications and Requirements :

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in systems administration and enterprise IT support
  • Proficiency in virtualization platforms, Microsoft technologies, and cloud-based infrastructure
  • Familiarity with IT security protocols and configuration standards in regulated environments
  • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams

    The Pay Rate range for this position is $33 - $36 per hour, excluding benefits. Your final Pay Rate will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
