Our Partner team is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our team. We seek a selfless leader who is organized detail-oriented able to multitask and is proficient in people management. As Operations Manager you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective daily operations managing team performance and implementing strategies that drive operational excellence. This role requires strong leadership skills a strategic mindset and the ability to analyze and improve business processes to achieve partner team goals.
Essential Responsibilities
- Lead mentor and develop team members to foster a high-performance culture and support professional growth
- Standardize document and continuously improve operational processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
- Delegate tasks and manage workloads to ensure timely completion of deliverables and optimal resource utilization
- Design and deliver training programs that address skill gaps and promote career progression
- Enhance team productivity by standardizing and documenting efficient work processes and procedures
- Serve as a technology liaison and subject matter expert supporting team proficiency in relevant systems and tools
- Facilitate communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to achieve shared objectives
- Represent the team in organizational projects and initiatives providing strategic input and advocating for team needs
- Lead recruitment and onboarding efforts to build and maintain a talented diverse team
- Ensure compliance with company policies industry regulations and best practices
- Depending on team this role may also cultivate and manage key client relationships ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement
- Additional duties may be required depending on individual team needs
Qualifications :
B.S. Business Administration or related fieldProven experience (3-5 years preferred) including demonstrated experience leading and developing a high performing teamProficient in Microsoft Office applicationsEligible to work in the United StatesAdditional Information :
