Position : UV Printer Operator

Location : Lafayette, LA (On-site)

Department : UVP Production

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented UV Printer Operator to join our print production team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience operating UV printers or similar equipment, such as flatbed or large-format digital printers . This role involves preparing artwork, managing print files, operating the machinery, and conducting quality control for a wide range of custom products.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate UV flatbed printers to personalize products with text, graphics, or full-color artwork
• Review and prepare digital files using printer software
• Load and align products accurately on the print bed according to job specifications
• Monitor print runs for quality, consistency, and accuracy
• Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance (e.g., head cleaning, alignment, ink levels)
• Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and address any print issues
• Assist with post-print handling including drying, curing, and hand-off to packaging team
• Support other production departments as needed
