IT Support Specialist (On-site with Travel) - Greater Nashville, TN
Expected Pay Range : $60k-70k (Depending on Experience)

What the IT Support Specialist will do…
Set up and configure laptops and desktops for new users, ensuring systems are user-ready
Act as a liaison between end users and external IT support providers to resolve access, licensing, and system issue
Support documentation workflows and assist in organizing SharePoint and file server content
Help implement and troubleshoot security tools such as SentinelOne and ThreatLocker
Provide support for engineering-specific applications and licensing (e.g., SolidWorks, CloudFox)
Participate in special projects including infrastructure upgrades and disaster recovery planning
Travel occasionally to regional offices for relationship-building and onsite support
What the company needs in an IT Support Specialist :
Technical Skills
Experience with Windows, Office 365, and SharePoint
Familiarity with endpoint security tools and licensing management
Exposure to engineering applications and cloud-based document storage preferred
Soft Skills
Strong communication and troubleshooting abilities
Ability to work independently and proactively manage tasks
Willingness to travel and build relationships across locations
Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with mostly on-site expectations
