We are looking for an experienced NetSuite Administrator to oversee the overall management, maintenance, and optimization of the NetSuite system to support business operations within Waites. In this position, you will be involved in configuring and maintaining NetSuite modules, act as the primary point of contact for all NetSuite-related matters, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in order to provide support, reports / dashboards, system enhancements, and drive system adoption. The ideal candidate for this position will be committed to staying updated with NetSuite advancements and industry best practices to enhance system utilization and operational efficiency. Reports to : Information Technology Manager

Location : Must live in Cincinnati metro area (or be willing to relocate)

Office Location : Queens Gate area of Cincinnati, OH

Onsite Requirements : Onsite required; remote flexibility as needed

Travel : No travel required

Work Authorization : Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Job Description

This position will give you the opportunity to :

Serve as the primary point of contact for all NetSuite-related matters, including system configuration, maintenance, and user support.

Manage and maintain NetSuite modules, including financials, inventory, order management, and CRM, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and implement system enhancements, customizations, and workflows.

Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and saved searches to provide stakeholders with relevant and actionable data insights.

Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices to optimize system utilization.

Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure effective adoption and utilization of NetSuite functionality.

Stay up to date with NetSuite releases, new features, and industry best practices, and propose recommendations for system enhancements.

Help support organization with transition to HubSpot and any related integrations

Requirements :

Qualifications & Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.

Proven experience as a NetSuite Administrator, including system configuration, customization, and support.

In-depth knowledge of NetSuite modules, such as Financials, Inventory Management, Order Management, and CRM.

Strong understanding of ERP and IT systems, business processes, and data structures.

HubSpot experience preferred

Experience creating reports, dashboards, and saved searches to provide meaningful insights.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

NetSuite Administrator Certification is a plus.

The ability to demonstrate exceptional communication and collaboration skills with a strong focus on delivering a customer-delight experience in every interaction.
