Sign On Bonus : $5000; $1666 upon completion of 30 days, $1666 upon completion of 6 months, $1667 upon completion of 9 months
The Youth Community Crisis Stabilization Program (YCCS) is a short-term, open 12-bed unit for youth ages 13-18 years of age. The Community Crisis Stabilization Program (YCCS) Nurse Manager, with the Program Director, has twenty-four hours a day / seven a week oversight of the medical and clinical aspects of the YCCS. The YCCS serves as a medically necessary, less restrictive, and voluntary alternative to inpatient psychiatric hospitalization. The Program Nurse Manager ensures proper standards and regulations are adhered to as set forth by the Massachusetts Nursing Practice ACT and MAP requirements, funding source regulations, and Vinfen company policies.

and is responsible for responding to urgent or acute care matters to coordinate and delegate next steps. Provides initial and ongoing comprehensive assessment, care planning, interventions, and coordination of care for individuals in collaboration with the overseeing physician. Utilizing a variety of modalities ensures the client's treatment addresses the mental health care needs.
