SMT Operator

We are seeking a skilled SMT Operator with a minimum of 2 years of experience operating SMT machines, preferably MyData / Mycronic / MyCenter. This role requires a detail-oriented individual capable of machine setup, teardown, and providing support to the lead SMT operator.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and set up SMT machines efficiently.
  • Support lead SMT operator in daily tasks.
  • Inspect machine-placed components for quality assurance.
  • Ensure the quality of solder paste prints.
  • Read and follow written instructions and interpret diagrams accurately.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise.

Essential Skills

  • Minimum 1 year of experience with SMT machines.
  • Technical aptitude through hobbies or work experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to think critically and troubleshoot issues.
  • Proficiency in SMT operation, soldering, and electronics.
  • IPC Certification is a plus.
  • Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, and 10-key.
  • One year of stock room and inventory experience.
  • Experience in cycle counting and inventory control.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00 / hr.
