Description :

NICU experience is required.

The unit staffing includes a Director, a Manager, one Supervisor / charge therapist per shift, and regular staff.

The type of equipment used includes High Flow Devices, 3100A, Bunnell, Servo s, continuous nebulizers, Nitric Oxide, Heliox, and regular nebulizers.

The documentation system used is Meditech.

The position may require coverage for regular adult floors for nebulizer therapy, BIPAP, CPT, etc.

It is preferred that candidates have previous Meditech experience.

Advanced skills needed include current NICU / PICU experience.

The Respiratory Therapists provide treatment, care, and evaluation for patients with respiratory diseases utilizing advanced technologies and medication delivery.

Ideal candidates will be team players, critical thinkers, patient care focused, adaptable to change, and have a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.

The required uniform is light gray, also known as silver.

Interested candidates should be aware that the department is recognized for outstanding team performance and excellence.
