Position Summary

The role of Executive Assistant supports the Director of Maintenance and the maintenance leadership team by providing high-level administrative and project coordination assistance. The role requires the incumbent to be detail oriented, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Required Duties and Responsibilities - Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the required duties and responsibilities.

• Provide high-level administrative support to the Director of Maintenance and other members of the maintenance leadership.
• Coordinate and manage schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence related to maintenance operations.
• Track and reconcile departmental expense reports and budgets.
• Maintain confidential files and records, including regulatory and compliance documentation.
• Assist with project management and follow-up on action items.
• Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to support maintenance activities.
• Organize and maintain filing systems for maintenance logs and technical documentation.
• Conduct research and compile data for operational and strategic planning.
• Support planning and execution of departmental events and training sessions.
• Ensure professional representation of the department in all communications.
• Maintain reliable, regular, and predictable attendance.
• Successful completion and favorable results of pre-employment drug screen and criminal history background check.
• Adhere to all Aero Air policies and standards of conduct.
• Other duties as directed.
