Registered Nurse ICU

Job Summary :

The Registered Nurse will provide skilled nursing care focusing on patients with neurological conditions. This role involves patient assessment medication administration and collaboration with the healthcare team. The RN will work in an acute care hospital setting adapting to meet patient needs and potentially floating between similar units.

Location : Burbank California United States

Responsibilities :

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients with neurological conditions.
• Perform patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently using Meditech charting system.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living.
• Respond to patient needs and emergencies.
• Float between similar units as needed to meet facility requirements.
