What are we looking for

Minimum Requirements :

Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or Supply Chain AND / OR 3 years operational experience in MSE

10 years of experience in manufacturing or supply chain environments.

10 years of experience implementing World Class initiatives such as TPM WCM or IWS in FMCG companies.

5 years of supervisory experience.

Deep understanding of TPM principles and MSE pillars including AM PM FI ET and FMOS / DMS.

Strong analytical mindset project management experience and ability to influence across all levels.

Proven track record of delivering measurable financial savings and sustainable improvement.

Strong change management expertise and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Requirements :

• Change Management and Project Management Experience
