Family Practice - Without OB Physician

We have an exciting opening for a dedicated and innovative Family Medicine Physician (or IM / Peds) at an advanced primary care clinic in South Bend, Indiana. In this role, you will offer primary care services, manage chronic diseases, and advocate for health and wellness at an employer-sponsored clinic. If you are passionate about prioritizing patient care over quotas and focusing on well-being rather than billing, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Highlights :

• Manage only 10-17 patients per day
• Smaller patient panel (less than half the traditional PCP panel size)
• Focus on outcomes, NOT production
• Work with a team of highly respected physicians in the South Bend area
• Focus on preventive care, not reactive treatment
• Predictable workweek with phone-only call
• Fewer administrative tasks
• $220,000 - $250,000 base salary (negotiable based on experience)
• 10% bonus based on outcomes
