About the Role

As Vice President, AI Full Funnel Growth Marketing Strategy, you will lead and execute a comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategy that spans the entire customer lifecyclefrom initial brand awareness through acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion. Youll harness AI and advanced analytics (predictive modelling, personalization, attribution) to optimize marketing performance and pipeline creation, drive omnichannel campaigns (paid media, SEO / SEM, ABM, content, email, events) and accelerate revenue growth. You will partner cross-functionally with product, sales, data science, and MarTech teams to deploy scalable marketing systems, ensure seamless data integration, and deliver real-time insights. Youll build, mentor and scale a multi-disciplinary marketing team, establish KPIs and dashboards to track full-funnel impact, and continuously refine strategy through experimentation, measurement and agile iteration.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years' progressive experience in growth marketing or digital strategy roles, with at least 3+ years focused on leveraging AI or MarTech transformation to drive full-funnel growth. You should demonstrate proven success in building predictive marketing ecosystems that tie directly to revenue outcomes, familiarity with platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense (or equivalent), and a strong cross-functional mindset. Strong leadership experience, excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, and the ability to drive change in a fast-paced, tech-led environment are essential. A Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business or a related field is required; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
